Pony-Travelony bag is all about comfortable trips with dogs and cats. This is the goal we set for ourselves when creating it.
The bag can be used as a carrier in everyday life - for visiting a veterinary clinic, taxi rides, also for air travel. When creating the bag, we took into account the requirements of most airlines.
Pony-Travelony is a closed-type bag, so even the most curious ones will not run away and you don't have to worry.
The bag holds its shape and has a solid construction. It has a hard, durable bottom, which is made of waterproof fabric. Additionally, there is a removable mattress, which is fixed with Velcro.
There is a strap inside that you can use to fasten the dog.
The bag has two ventilated windows so that your dog can breathe normally and stay in comfortably.
The top lid has a zipper and is equipped with a magnet that can lock the lid in the open position and you can always see your pooch.
We have provided several sets of handles to make travels with Pony Travelony comfortable. The bag also has a convenient outer pocket.
The bag is fully foldable for easy transportation and storage.
Pony Travelony is made of hardwearing and water-proof fabric, it is enough to wipe it with a wet cloth to clean it.

As a carrier, the bag is convenient to use for dogs up to 8-9 kg.
For flights, only dogs under 6.5 kg are permitted.

We will pack and ship your order within 1-3 business days after your purchase.
Your order will be delivered to your door by the courier, you have to be present when the parcel arrives. If you are unable to accept the parcel from a courier, you will be able to pick up your parcel at pick-up office.
We ship from Poland, EU. Tax and customs fees are covered for EU customers.

What is a Pre-Order?
Pre-Order is an abbreviation for Pre-paid Pre-Order.
If you see "Pre-order" button instead of "Buy" button in the product card, it means that this product is out of stock at the moment.
But you can still order this product and others that you are interested in.
By placing an "Order" you leave a request for a product to be made especially for you. As soon as the product ordered comes from our warehouse, your order will be delivered to our courier service and you will be notified.
How does Pre-Order work?
After you place an "Advance Order" you will receive a link to pay.
After paying for the "Pre-Order", the information about the products you choose goes to production, where our seamstresses work on making it.
Once the order is ready and arrives at the warehouse, you will be contacted by a manager to clarify all the details for delivery.
We recommend to order the goods by "pre-order" as a separate order. This way you do not have to wait for the items that are in stock and can be delivered to you in the near future.
When do I have to pay for Pre-Order?
We pay for Pre-Order at the time of checkout. The payment is 100% of the pre-order price.
I won't be forgotten?
We record all pre-orders received from customers in our system and give them a status of "Pre-Order". As soon as the goods arrive in stock, the order will move to "Ready to Ship" status.
How long do I have to wait for a Pre-Order item?
We try to replenish all our products and inventory as quickly as possible. Because of the high demand for our brand products, we have to wait longer for some items.
That's why we have set the waiting time for "Pre-Order" to be 25-30 days.
