The collar is made of highly durable rubberized base. The material is low-maintenance in terms of cleaning: it is enough to just wipe it with a wet cloth.
The key feature of the collar is replaceable cases. No more dilemmas on which color to choose - you can change the color every day or have the collar without any case at all.
The material of the case is very soft - it is like a gentle hug for your dog. Still the material is hardwearing - it endures 70000 cycles of washing.

Payment option
In our online store you can shop conveniently and securely 24 hours a day. Payments are accepted through PayPal and by card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) through Stripe.
When paying by PayPal, you will be redirected to the PayPal website after completion of the order process where you can pay the amount due from your PayPal account. However, if you do not have a PayPal account, you can still pay by credit card or direct debit as a PayPal guest in few steps without registration.
Processing time
We will pack and ship your order within 1-3 business days after your purchase.
Shipping
Your order will be delivered to your door by the courier, you have to be present when the parcel arrives. If you are unable to accept the parcel from a courier, you will be able to pick up your parcel at pick-up office.
We ship from Poland, EU. Tax and customs fees are covered for EU customers.

Pre-Order Policy
What is a Pre-Order?
Pre-Order is an abbreviation for Pre-paid Pre-Order.
If you see "Pre-order" button instead of "Buy" button in the product card, it means that this product is out of stock at the moment.
But you can still order this product and others that you are interested in.
By placing an "Order" you leave a request for a product to be made especially for you. As soon as the product ordered comes from our warehouse, your order will be delivered to our courier service and you will be notified.
How does Pre-Order work?
After you place an "Advance Order" you will receive a link to pay.
After paying for the "Pre-Order", the information about the products you choose goes to production, where our seamstresses work on making it.
Once the order is ready and arrives at the warehouse, you will be contacted by a manager to clarify all the details for delivery.
We recommend to order the goods by "pre-order" as a separate order. This way you do not have to wait for the items that are in stock and can be delivered to you in the near future.
When do I have to pay for Pre-Order?
We pay for Pre-Order at the time of checkout. The payment is 100% of the pre-order price.
I won't be forgotten?
We record all pre-orders received from customers in our system and give them a status of "Pre-Order". As soon as the goods arrive in stock, the order will move to "Ready to Ship" status.
How long do I have to wait for a Pre-Order item?
We try to replenish all our products and inventory as quickly as possible. Because of the high demand for our brand products, we have to wait longer for some items.
That's why we have set the waiting time for "Pre-Order" to be 25-30 days.
What should I do if I have any question after "Pre-Order"?
After placing and paying for your pre-order, you can always contact us and get the latest information about the status of your pre-order.
